Our weekly School Mass is hosted today by our 7th Grade class. They have chosen to share with us the following:
Our Scripture readings today help us to see that God has plans for us, that we have a mission in the world. Through us, God wants to share His love with our local community and with our wider world.
Recently, two young people were canonized as Saints by Pope Leo: St. Carlo Acutis and St. Pier Giorgio Frassati. These two young Saints trusted that God had a mission for them, too. They lived their lives for God and took God’s love to many people around them. May we use our gifts and talents, as God’s Saints have always done, in order to make our world a better place. May God bless us with His grace in order to “go and make a difference.”
[Our Scripture readings for the School Mass are: Jeremiah 1, 4-9; Psalm 25; and Luke 11, 5-10]
